Dr.
Dirk Weddle was first introduced to the chiropractic
philosophy of natural healthcare while still in high school.
As a member of the track team and also football, he put a
great deal of physical stress on his body, and suffered from
numerous injuries. He saw significant gains in his performance
and attributed this to the individual Chiropractic treatment
planned for him for condition stabilization and long term
healthcare. Dr. Weddle is motivated by educating his patients
on how to improve their individual health and well-being
through gentle and effective therapies. He has actively been
involved in the chiropractic profession for over 15 years
and feels he is most successful when his patients have a
timely return to a normal and pain free lifestyle. As both
a primary and secondary care provider Dr. Weddle works closely
with Orange Count y’s O rthopedic Physicians
and Medical Doctors to coordinate patient care. He is well
known for proactively referring his patients to other medical
professionals whenever medically necessary, thus insuring that
his patients are taken care of with the highest level of care.
Next to chiropractic medicine Dr. Weddle’s
passion is spending time training his malinios dog. Together
they spend time playing in parks and climbing around the
local mountains of Southern California. He also shows his
dedication to his community by assisting the local police
departments by helping train the narcotic detection and police
dogs.
Dr. Weddle has been an active motorcycle enthusiast since
he was a small child. Growing up he participated in motocross
racing as well as racing sport bikes at an amateur level with
sponsors. At the height of his motocross career he shattered
his pelvis during a race and has had practically a full recovery.
This experience enabled him to grow as a Chiropractor and understand
what his patients are going through first hand. Since then
Dr. Weddle has worked as a test rider for sport bike magazines,
giving his opinion of how these motorbikes compare with others
on the market.
Dr. Dirk R. Weddle received his Doctorate of Chiropractic
degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences
in 1999. He is Board Certified and licensed in the State of
California and Clinic Director of O.C. Chiropractic and Wellness
Center.
